Service Rates

Short-term services, by-the-hour:

  • Regular Service (response time: within 2 business days):
    $90/hr (billed in ¼-hr increments, no minimum)
  • Priority Service (response time: within 1 business day):
    $125/hr (billed in ½-hr increments, minimum 1 hr)
  • Urgent Service (response time: within 4hrs, 24x7):
    $250/hr (billed in ½-hr increments, minimum 1 hr)
    Service contract required. See Notes, below.

Longer-term services, by pre-arrangement:

  • Medium-term jobs (> 1 day, <= 20 days):
    $650/day (billed in ½-day increments)
  • Long-term jobs (> 20 days)


Regular business days are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, excluding holidays.

For per-diem rated jobs, 1 day = nominal 8 hours. Any request for work > 5 hours in a single day will be billed the full per-diem rate.

Urgent Service level is offered only to established clients who have expressed an interest in having that service level available to them, and who have signed an ongoing service contract. A minimum monthly charge will be levied and applied toward any Urgent Service hours used during the calendar month.

Invoices will be issued semi-monthly (on or about the 1st and 15th of each month), delivered by email to a designated billing contact email address, and shall be due on receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
